Who We Are

SCO team with trapped feral cats and a grant check 2019

Founded by Sydnee Voigt in 2018 she has been joined by dedicated volunteers creating a team of animal loving activists based in underserved areas of Georgia.

Too many of our rural areas HAVE NO Animal Control Officer, or no veterinarian, or no active humane society. What these areas DO HAVE are too many cats & dogs without a voice of their own. We strive to be that voice through our Trap/Neuter/Return program and Emergency Medical for injured or sick strays.

Our Team

What do we do & why you should join us

We do it all – raise the money, take calls, keep records, trap, advise, rescue, foster, make vet runs, repair equipment, build fences (in more than one way!), clean, feed, cry & laugh! Consider helping by joining our team.

Sydnee’s motto is that there is no better joy than helping reduce unwanted animal population & the stress that life without a caretaker poses to that animal. Foster love is just the icing on the cake.

Chris

Chris has the unique ways of reaching out to those that may want to give, give! Her years of experience with low-cost spay & neuter help direct SCO efforts on this front.
